Leadership Development Certificate Program for Women

Calling all women interested in exploring new perspectives for personal and professional growth! Rev. Tené K. Kosmyna is facilitating this 2-hour, bi-weekly program starting February 15, 2025. The online course, which is available in digital format, will culminate in a graduation ceremony. Rev. Effective Personal Leadership for Women™ consists of online access to all course materials and content, an optional LMI Profile Evaluation Assessment, and individualized guidance to help you to establish specific, measurable goals, and to discover more of your purpose, mission, and vision, all while realizing your infinite potential.

This is a certificate program also consisting of 12 small group sessions, a Kickoff bonus session, and a graduation. All sessions are held bi-weekly, for approximately two hours. Your professional facilitator, Tené K. Kosmyna, will guide you through this exciting process.
