Class Enrollment
Active students have permission to self-enroll in classes two weeks before and after the term start date. ‘Active’ will appear under your name from the dashboard if you are active.

Click the Main menu option of Enrollment & Schedule submenu Class Enrollment. Ensure the drop-down menu has the term you wish to enroll in. Select the term from the drop-down menu as necessary. Next, click Add By Dept.

From the pop-up window, select your department. Click the box in front of the class name to select that class. After classes are selected, click the Add button.

Close the textbook pop-up window if it appears. Use the textbook list found at UUMS.org. It is under Registration, which is under Academics.


Selected classes will now be listed. YOU ARE NOT ENROLLED UNTIL YOU CLICK SUBMIT. Click submit to enroll.
Drop Course
From the enrollment page, select the class you wish to drop. Select drop. CLASS IS NOT DROPPED UNTIL YOU CLICK SUBMIT. For a limited time, you may self-drop courses.
Classes dropped before the end of the first week of classes are refunded. After the first week of classes, no refund is issued. Once the second week of the term has begun, a student must request to be withdrawn from a class by contacting the UUMS registrar, Re******@**ms.org. There is no refund.
If circumstances warrant it, a student may be able to coordinate with their instructor, advisor, and the UUMS Curriculum Coordinator to receive a grade of “I”/incomplete as an alternative to withdrawing from a class.
