Awareness: Becoming mindful of our inner reactions, biases, and blind spots.
Example: “What did I learn about myself during a critique or disagreement?”
Nurture: Turning mistakes into growth moments — for ourselves and those we serve.
Example: “A time I mentored someone. What did I learn about nurturing leadership?”
Discernment: Knowing when to step in and when to hold back; learning the wisdom of timing.
Example: “Describe a time you asked for help in making a decision. How did discernment guide you?”
Yielding: Letting go of control and trusting Divine Order — even when outcomes don’t match our plans.
Example: “When conflict created doubt or fear, how did I yield to Spirit and find strength again?”
