The Unity Urban Ministerial School (UUMS) recently conducted Credentialing Progress Interviews for students who are on the ministerial credentialing path.
These interviews provide an important opportunity for students to reflect on their growth, experiences, leadership development, and continued preparation for ministry. The process allows students to share their lived experiences and demonstrate how they are integrating their learning and spiritual development into their ministerial journey.

Thank you for your preparation, openness, vulnerability, and willingness to reflect on your journey. Your commitment to personal and spiritual growth is an important part of preparing to serve as a Unity Spiritual Leader.
We recognize that an interview can be both an opportunity for celebration and a time for reflection. Each conversation offered our students the opportunity to acknowledge their strengths while identifying areas for continued development. We celebrate the courage it takes to remain open to learning and growth throughout the ministerial path.

Continuing the Journey
Credentialing is more than completing requirements—it is a process of becoming. Each interview, course, internship experience, ministry opportunity, and personal reflection contributes to the ongoing development of the whole person and the minister.
We are grateful to walk alongside our students as they continue to grow in consciousness, deepen their understanding of Unity principles, and prepare to serve their communities.
